This Privacy Policy describes how 360 Ballistics, LLC (“360 Ballistics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit www.360ballistics.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
This policy applies to the Site. Our affiliated brands — Amidon Inc (amidoninc.com) and Amidon Shield (amidonshield.com) — may publish their own privacy policies that govern those sites.

- Information you submit when requesting a quote, capabilities statement, distributor inquiry, or other materials.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, payment card data, or sensitive personal information through this Site. Do not submit such information through our forms.

- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and contractual record-keeping obligations;
- Object to or restrict certain processing; and
- Opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message we send, or by contacting us directly.

8. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults conducting commercial or government business with 360 Ballistics. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. International users
360 Ballistics is based in the United States and our Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
